Leading with data is not about becoming more technical.

It is about developing the leadership behaviours that help people ask better questions, interpret evidence thoughtfully, and create confidence in decision-making.

Across two highly interactive days, participants explore eight practical Leadership Practices that strengthen how they think, communicate, and lead in increasingly complex organisational environments.

Rather than focusing on dashboards or analytics, the workshop develops the leadership capability that enables data to become meaningful organisational action.

The Learning Experience

Leading With Data is designed as an immersive, highly interactive learning experience.

Participants engage in facilitated discussions, realistic leadership scenarios, collaborative activities, guided reflection, and practical exercises that connect leadership theory with everyday organisational practice.

Each Leadership Practice builds progressively throughout the workshop, enabling participants to strengthen both their individual leadership capability and their influence on organisational decision-making.

The workshop is supported by a comprehensive participant workbook, Executive Leadership Guides, and practical leadership tools designed for ongoing application after the workshop.
