Leading Through Data explores how leadership behaviour influences decision quality, organisational trust, and governance in modern data-dependent environments.
Rather than focusing on technical skills or analytics, this executive masterclass develops the leadership practices required to ask better questions, navigate ambiguity, challenge assumptions constructively, and make decisions with confidence.

Rather than providing predetermined answers, the workshop creates opportunities for leaders to examine their own decision-making approaches, challenge assumptions, and learn from the experience of other participants.
Learning is supported by a comprehensive participant workbook, practical leadership tools, and an Executive Leadership Guide that participants can continue to use after the workshop.

Certificate of Completion
A one-hour coaching session is included for each participant. Coaching sessions are to be arranged directly between the facilitator and participant and scheduled at a mutually agreed time. Facilitators are expected to make reasonable efforts to accommodate participant availability, however sessions will be conducted at a time that is convenient for both parties.
All prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD), are exclusive of GST, and apply per participant.
